Geneviève Renaud Physio + Performance is a solo practice in Ottawa, Ontario.

When I had to sit out after a knee injury, I was afraid I would never dance again. The thought of never being able to do the thing I love was crushing. Physiotherapy helped me get back on my feet, but I never felt understood during my rehab. That’s why I became the physiotherapist I wish I had growing up!

Teenagers fall between the cracks of healthcare, often lost between clinics designed for adults or children. My bright and positive clinic is a safe space for female youth & teenage athletes where you are empowered to manage your health and learn to build healthy lifestyle habits. This is your space to heal, learn, and train.

Parents and guardians can hang out in my lounge space with a coffee, set up at my work station, or use the gym space for a quick workout. I also recommend a walk around the neighbourhood to enjoy some quiet time in the fresh air!

Please note that my clinic is at my home in a lovely neighbourhood surrounded by nature. There are two designated FREE parking spots.
